How to Add a Message Us Button to Your UK Online Store

By clicking Message on your Facebook page or by clicking Message Us from your online store, your customers can contact you immediately. Here is how to add the Message Us button to your UK Shopify store:


  • Enable the button: When you enable the button for the first time, it appears on every page of your online store, the checkout page is an exception. Go to your Shopify Admin > Messenger > Message Us Button > Enable. It is pretty simple.
  • Customize the button: Once you’ve enabled the button, you can change its position, design, and size. The changes can be made from the Customizations page. Go to Shopify Admin > Messenger > Customizations Page > Message Us Button (select the position, design, and the size). Click Save and that’s it. You are done. You can see what your new button looks like on your online store by clicking View. If you want, you can change these settings again.
  • Disable the button: If you don’t want to lose the button on your online store, you can disable it from the Customizations page. Go to Shopify Admin > Messenger > Customizations Page > Message Us Button > Disable. You can enable the button again at any time.


Through the Message Us button, you can connect with your UK customers and allow them to purchase your Shopify items with just one click without leaving Facebook.
